| Please follow signs to baggage claim area to collect your luggage. Proceed by following the signs to the Bus / Shuttle Center marked with the red symbols on all signs. |

| Proceed through the pedestrian underground walkway continuing to follow the signs. |

| The red pavement signs will direct you to the proper elevators. |
 |
| Take Elevator 3 or 4. Press the button for Chicago Cubs. You will be taken to the Bus / Shuttle Center. |

| Once you arrive at the Bus/ Shuttle Center please stand by Door 1. |

| Our friendly and courteous ACE shuttle driver will be there to pick you up shortly. Our office is a short 3 minute ride from the terminal. |
