Renter qualifications

Rates are for renter 21 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.

Payment options

This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard and Visa. No other cards accepted. Debit cards are accepted on return for payment of final charges.. Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only. Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Minimum rental age is 21. No charge for additional drivers.

Geographic restrictions

Vehicles cannot be driven outside of Mexico.
