Renter qualifications

Rates are for renter 25-75 years of age. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.

Payment options

This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard, and Visa. No other cards accepted. Diners Club and debit cards not accepted. A deposit of 1,000.00 USD will be charged at time of pick up.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 5.00/day. Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 20.00/day + tax USD underage surcharge. A deposit of 2,000.00 USD will be charged at time of pick up. CDW deductible is 15% of the value of the vehicle and LDW is not available to underage renters.

Geographic restrictions

Vehicles cannot be driven outside of Mexico.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters No additional restrictions. Same as Air Arriving customers.

Shuttle service

Executive Car Rental in terminal is ACE vehicle provider in Ciudad del Carmen. If coming in international or domestic arrivals area, proceed to counter. In Mexico call 01-800-300-7368 for assistance if needed.
