Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Renter must provide proof of transferable collision coverage valid in Canada at pickup.

Payment options

Credit Cards This location accepts AmEx, Discover, Visa, MasterCard & Diners Club. No other cards accepted. Minimum available limit must be 500.00 CAD on major credit card. Debit Cards are not accepted.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 2.95/day. Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 4.95/day underage surcharge.

Geographic restrictions

Unlimited kilometers offered only for Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. Ontario, Quebec, New England states 25.00 CAD/day surcharge.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters No additional restrictions. Same as Air Arriving customers.

Shuttle service

Discount Car and Truck 902-888-2277 for shuttle. Free shuttle service to and from the greater Summerside area is available during regular business hours.
