Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Renter must present two valid pieces of identification at pickup. Renter must provide proof of transferable collision coverage valid in Canada at pickup.

Payment options

Credit Cards This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club & Discover. No other cards accepted. All rentals are subject to a $500 credit card preauthorization upon arrival. Debit Cards Debit cards or prepaid credit cards are excluded as a form of deposit on all rentals but are an acceptable form of final payment.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 10.00 CAD/day. Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 15.00 CAD/day underage surcharge. No drivers under the age of 21 permitted.

Geographic restrictions

Travel allowed in Canada and USA. Unlimited mileage allowed for travel in Ontario and Quebec. Travel outside of these areas allowed 200 km/day with .18 CAD/km.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters No additional restrictions. Same as Air Arriving customers.

Shuttle service

Discount Car Rental is our ACE vehicle provider in London, Ontario. ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. Upon arrival client should proceed to baggage claim area and call location at 519-451-2063.
