Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Renter must provide proof of transferable collision coverage valid in Canada, at pickup.

Payment options

Credit Cards This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard & Visa. No other cards accepted. Travelers Cheques accepted as final payment on return only. Debit Cards are not accepted.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 10.00 CAD/day Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 10.00 CAD/day underage surcharge. Drivers under the age of 21 are not permitted.

Geographic restrictions

Vehicles are only authorized within British Columbia, Alberta, Washington and Oregon only.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters No additional restrictions. Same as Air Arriving customers.

Shuttle service

Discount Car and Truck Rental is our ACE vehicle provider in Vancouver. ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. Call 604-207-8140 for shuttle pickup.

After hours drop-off

Please return your rental vehicle to our office and park in one of our parking spaces. Place your keys in our key drop located around the corner of the building. A phone number for local taxi service will be provided.
