Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Renter must provide proof of transferable collision coverage valid in Canada at pickup.

Payment options

Credit Cards This location accepts AmEx, Eurocard, Diners club, Visa & MasterCard. No other cards accepted. Minimum available limit must be 500.00 CAD on major credit card. Debit cards are not accepted.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 10.00/CAD day. Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 10.00 CAD/day underage surcharge. No driver under age 21 permitted.

Geographic restrictions

Travel restricted to three maritime provinces only, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. No US travel allowed.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters No additional restrictions. Same as Air Arriving customers.

Shuttle service

Discount Car Rental is our ACE vehicle provider in Fredericton. ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. A Discount representative will meet you upon arrival. If you are early, contact the office at 506-452-7620 for shuttle. pickup.
