Renter qualifications

Rates Are for renters 25 years or older only. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Renter must provide proof of transferable collision coverage valid in Canada at pickup.

Payment options

Credit Card Renters This location accepts AmEx, Diners Club, Visa and MasterCard. No other cards accepted. Debit Cards Not accepted.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Driver Fee Additional driver fee 5.00 AUD/day. Young Renter Fee Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 5.00 AUD/day underage surcharge.

Geographic restrictions

Off Road Restrictions Vehicles cannot be driven on Skippers Canyon Road in Queenstown and all beaches. Vehicles are never permitted to be used for towing.

Local Renters Same restrictions apply as air arriving customers.

Shuttle service

Discount Car and Truck Rental is our ACE vehicle provider in Sydney. ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. The shuttle is available by immediate request by calling 1300-200-400 when the client is ready to be collected at no additional charge.
