Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.

Payment options

Major Credit Cards Accepted Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club. No other cards accepted. Debit Cards Debit card customers must have personal liability and collision coverage that transfers to the rental vehicle. Prepaid Cards Not accepted. Deposit $50.00 refundable deposit plus estimated cost of rental is required for all rentals.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 10.00/day - 1 additional driver permitted. Young Drivers All drivers between 21-24 will be subject to a 15.00/dy underage surcharge and must have full personal liability and collision coverage that will transfer to the rented vehicle.

Geographic restrictions

Ace is located 11 miles from the Raleigh Durham International Airport. Airport pick up is available, 10% airport access fee will apply. Call on arrival for shuttle. Rates include unlimited mileage for travel East of the Mississippi River. Travel West of the Mississippi not allowed.
