Renter qualifications

Rates are for renter 25-75 years of age. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.

Payment options

This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard, and Visa. No other cards accepted. Cash, Diners Club and debit cards not accepted. A deposit of 1,000.00 USD will be charged at time of pick up.. Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only. Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 5.00/day. Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 20.00/day + tax USD underage surcharge. A deposit of 2,000.00 USD will be charged at time of pick up. CDW deductible is 15% of the value of the vehicle and LDW is not available to underage renters.

Geographic restrictions

Vehicles cannot be driven outside of Mexico.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters No additional restrictions. Same as Air Arriving customers.

Executive Car Rental in terminal is ACE vehicle provider in Monterrey. If coming in international or domestic arrivals area, proceed to counter. Call (52)811-737-2631 for assistance if needed. Rental Counter Hours Mon-Fri 0700-2300 Sat-Sun 0700-2200.
