Renter qualifications

Renter Qualifications: Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. INTERNATIONAL RENTERS -Must have valid drivers license from their country of residence. -Must have a valid passport -If license is not in English, it must be accompanied by an International Drivers License. -Written proof in English of Liability Insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision and comprehensive insurance covering any vehicle while on rent. Written proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.

Payment options

Credit Card This location accepts Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club. Credit card will be charged the total rental charge plus $100.00. No other cards accepted. Debit Cards Debit cards accepted from renters 21 years of age or older. The estimated amount of the rental plus $200.00 deposit will be taken upon pickup. These funds will not be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days to become available, depending on your bank processing. Advance Deposit on specialty vehicles A $100.00 deposit is required on Cargo Vans, SUVs, Mini-Vans, 12 Passenger and 15 Passenger Vans. The location will contact you by phone for credit card information to secure reservation. Cancellation needed 48 hours in advance for refund. Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only. Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 15.00/day underage surcharge Young Additional driver fee Additional driver fee 9.99/day. Spouse is free. All additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the renter.

Geographic restrictions

Vehicles are restricted to the these states Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota and Illinois. Violation of this restrictions will result in a charge of .25 per mile for each mile driven during the duration of the rental. Vehicles are never permitted to be used for towing.
