Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 23 or older. A valid drivers license, major credit card in the renter’s own name, and proof of full coverage insurance (if not purchasing ours) must be presented at time of pick up.

Payment options

Credit Card This location accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover. Credit card must be processed for estimated total charge plus $100.00 deposit at pick up. No other cards accepted. Debit Cards -Valid drivers license. -Utility bill from within the last 2-4 weeks. It must have the same name and address as the drivers license. -Payroll Stub from within the last 2-4 weeks. It must have the same name and address as the drivers license. -Additional 250.00 deposit. Prepaid Cards Not accepted Cash Only a valid Wisconsin drivers license is accepted -Utility bill from within the last 2-4 weeks. It must have the same name and address as the drivers license. -Payroll Stub from within the last 2-4 weeks. Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers Additional driver fee 10.00/day. Young Drivers Renters age 21-22 will be subject to a 10.00/day underage surcharge.

Geographic restrictions

All rental vehicles are allowed to travel within the US and Canada. Vehicles are prohibited from travel into Mexico.

Shuttle service

Mayfair Rent-A-Car is the ACE vehicle provider in Milwaukee. ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. You must call ACE/Mayfair Rent-A-Car at 414-489-6600 for pickup. Pick-up will be made at the curb outside of the baggage claim exit number 5. Shuttle vehicle will be identified with ACE/Mayfair Rent-A-Car on the doors.

After hours drop-off

Return the car to the Wyndham Hotel at: 414-615-8000 4747 Howell Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53207 Please park in any available parking space in the hotel parking lot and lock the vehicle securely. Leave the keys at the front counter in the hotel. They will have you fill out an envelope and put the keys inside the envelope. Tell them you will need the hotel shuttle to give you a ride back to the airport.
