Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.

Payment options

Major Credit Cards Accepted Amex, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. No other cards accepted. Credit card must be processed for estimated total charge plus $100.00 deposit on Economy - Premium cars and $150.00 on specialty vehicles. Debit Card Renters Must be 21 years of age; Card must be bank-issued with a Visa or Mastercard Logo; Customer must complete a "Walk Up/Debit Card User Info Sheet"; Indiana residents using a debit card must also present a utility bill (gas, elec, phone) no more than 60 days old with no past-due amount owed with the same address as the renter drivers license or a college student ID from a local college. Payment for estimated amount of rental plus $200.00; May rent Compact thru Full size cars, Mini Vans, 15 Pax Vans & Cargo Vans Only. Prepaid Cards Not accepted. Cash accepted on return only as payment for charges. Indiana Residents please see local renter restrictions for additional requirements. Advance Deposit on specialty vehicles A $100.00 deposit is required on Cargo Vans, SUVs, Mini-Vans, 12 Passenger and 15 Passenger Vans. The location will contact you by phone for credit card information to secure reservation. Cancellation needed 48 hours in advance for refund.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Driver Fee $5.00 per day per driver. No charge for Spouse. Young Driver Fee $10.00 per day. Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a per day underage surcharge. May only rent Compact, Intermediate or Standard size vehicle. University Students $5.00 per day underage fee. Renters with an University student ID card pay a reduced fee per day. No Renters under 21 years of age.

Geographic restrictions

Vehicles not permitted to be driven in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Mexico. Vehicles are never permitted to be used for towing.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters For renters not arriving by air, rate will be limited to 150 free mile per day and .20 per extra mile, airport fee will not apply.

Shuttle service

ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. Free shuttle service is provided upon request. On arrival please call 800-242-7368 for shuttle service.
