Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 or older. A Valid U.S. drivers license with no restrictions and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS International drivers must have valid drivers license from country of residence with no restrictions, major credit card in renter's own name must be presented at time of rental.

Payment options

This location accepts AmEx, MasterCard, Visa, Carte Blanche, Diners Club and Discover. No other cards accepted. Credit Card Will be processed for estimated total charge plus $200.00 deposit on Economy through Standard vehicles and $300.00 deposit on Full-sized cars, Premium, Luxury,SUV'S, and Specialty Vehicles. Debit Cards Not Accepted Personal checks and cash rentals are not accepted. Florida Residents please see local renter restrictions for additional requirements.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Driver Fee $5.00 per day per driver. Young Renters Fee Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a $15.00 per day underage surcharge.

Geographic restrictions

Unlimited mileage Available in the state of Florida for Air arriving customers only. Capped Mileage Travel into North and South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia permitted, renter will receive 150 free miles per day and .25 for each additional mile, for the entire rental. Vehicles are not allowed outside of these states.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters receive 100 free miles per day .25 per additional mile. . Local Renter Deposit credit card will be processed for estimated total charge plus $300.00 deposit. Travel Not allowed outside of North and South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia.

Shuttle service

Passengers arriving at Terminal 1 should follow Rental Car Center signage to the Concourse B Pedestrian Bridge, located near the Concourse B Security Checkpoint. Passengers arriving at Terminals 2, 3 and 4 should follow Rental Car Center signage to the passenger pick-up area for free shuttle bus service, located on the baggage claim level. Look for the shuttle buses which will deliver you to the Rental Car Center. Proceed to the ACE counter on level 3. Call 954-359-6067 for assistance.
