Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.

Payment options

Credit Card This location accepts Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards are processed for the estimated total charge plus $200.00 authorization. No other cards accepted. Debit Cards are accepted with a $400.00 deposit, proof of full coverage insurance and return airline ticket. Prepaid Cards are not accepted. Modifications Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only. Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate. International Drivers Must have proof of AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE that will transfer to/and cover a rental car in the US. Without proof of auto insurance driver must purchase insurance at $ 37.00 per day plus all taxes and fees. Insurance Restrictions The state of Texas requires all drivers to carry proof of insurance. Renters must provide proof of insurance or purchase at time of rental. If customer uses credit card insurance or insurance purchased on third party websites, a deposit of $1000 plus the estimated total will be required at pickup.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Young Drivers Renters age 21-25 will be subject to a 12.95/day underage surcharge Debit Cards Not accepted from underage drivers. Additional Drivers No charge for additional drivers over the age of 26. Additional drivers age 21-25 - 9.95/day.

Geographic restrictions

All rentals are restricted to a 500 mile radius of location. Unlimited mileage only available if driving within the states of TX, OK, and northern LA only, otherwise mileage capped at 200 miles per day, .25 per extra mile. Vehicles are never permitted to be used for towing.

Local renter requirements

Local Residents Receive 200 free miles per day with .25 per extra mile. Local residents must use major credit card. Debit Cards Are not accepted from local renters.

Shuttle service

ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. Upon arrival, please call toll free 888-883-3497 or local # 214-352-4555 for shuttle pickup.

After hours drop-off

After hours, vehicle will be dropped at BEST PARKING, 6800 Cedar Springs inside LOVE FIELD. Just tell parking attendant you are from ACE RENT A CAR and park and ride BEST PARKING shuttle. There is a $6.00 after hour drop fee which will be added to your rental contract.
