Renter qualifications

Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick-up.

Payment options

Major Credit Cards Accepted MasterCard and Visa only. No other cards accepted. Debit Cards Not Accepted Credit card is required to guarantee reservation. Reservation may be cancelled at any time prior to the day of pickup. If customer is a no-show, one day rental charge will apply.

Young drivers and additional drivers

Additional Drivers No additional driver fee for up to one additional driver. For every other additional driver 2.90 EUR/day. Young Drivers No Fee No renters under 25 years of age.

Geographic restrictions

Ferry Rides Customer may drive to islands using ferry service with written authorization obtained from ACE. The customer must be aware that it is solely the customers responsibility for any damages occurring during the vehicle's ferry transportation.

Local renter requirements

Local Renters No additional restrictions. Same as Air Arriving customers.

Shuttle service

Upon landing at Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" you will reclaim your baggage and exit to Immigrations for passport control (not required for passengers travelling from Intra-Schengen Countries). You will exit from one of the two main terminals Terminal A (Extra-Schengen) or Terminal B (Intra-Schengen) into the Arrival Hall (greeting area). Your surname will be posted on an ACE Rent a Car Reservations sign whereby a representative of ACE will assist you with your rental. Check out will be done directly from the Airport. If flight information is not provided, pickup can be made when customer calls 010968-0700.

After hours drop-off

Please return your vehicle to the Athens International Airport. Road signs are displayed throughout. Make sure to refill your vehicle with fuel. Meet the ACE Representative at the Departures Main Driveway. It is a short walk to the departure gates A and B. An after-hour collection surcharge applies for hours (20:30 - 09:00). The surcharge is 21.00 Euro (€). Note: certain National Holidays also have a delivery/pick-up surcharge.
