Rates are for renters 25 - 75 years of age. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.
Unless customer can provide proof of liability insurance issued by a Mexican based insurance company which covers rental cars driven in Mexico, the purchase of SLI is mandatory on all rentals and is not included in the rental rates. 10% tax will be collected on all insurance products.
It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation.
Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
Mexican insurance is required for all vehicles, including rental vehicles. U.S. automobile liability insurance is not valid in Mexico, nor is most collision and comprehensive coverage issued by U.S. companies. You can purchase qualifying coverage from any car rental company including ACE when you arrive at the counter. For further advice, please see the official US Department of State |

SpouseSpouses are not exempt from the additional driver fee of $5.00 per day.
Young Drivers
Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 20.00/day + tax USD underage surcharge. A deposit of 2,000.00 USD will be charged at time of pick up. CDW deductible is 15% of the value of the vehicle and LDW is not available to underage renters. |

It is our policy to hold reservations up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to
published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can
make their best effort to extend your reservation. Daily and Weekend rates are for a 24 hour period.
The quoted rate is valid only for the requested vehicle class for the requested dates and times. Any
adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate. Early returns will be charged
the regular daily rate, and may not result in a refund. Transactions are conducted in
United States Dollars.
Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees.
The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional
driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. For
