|  Upon claiming your luggage once you've arrived at Chicago O'Hare International Airport, proceed to the Bus / Shuttle Center. ACE shuttles pick up from Door 1 of the Bus / Shuttle Center continuously from 6:00AM - Midnight every day. After Midnight and before 6:00 AM, or if you need directions to the pickup point, please call (800) 323-3221. If you are arriving via an international flight, please proceed to Door 5B and call (800) 323-3221.::Signs to the Bus / Shuttle Center are marked with the red symbols on all signs.::From the baggage claim area, you will proceed through the pedestrian underground walkway following the red Bus / Shuttle Center signs.::The red pavement signs will direct you to the proper elevators.::Take Elevator 3 or 4. Press the button for Chicago Cubs. You will be taken to the Bus / Shuttle Center.::Once you arrive at the Bus/ Shuttle Center please stand by Door 1.::An ACE shuttle will be there to pick you up shortly and take you to our facility, only a 3 minute ride from the terminal. Renters must be 21 years or older. A valid drivers license and valid payment card must be presented at time of pick-up. ( See Young Drivers and Additional Drivers.)
It is our policy to hold reservations up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. |

This location accepts Amex, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Credit Card Renters: At time of rental, credit card will be processed for balance of est. total charge plus $100 refundable security deposit.
Debit Card Renters (all vehicle classes): Debit card must be bank-issued with a Visa or Master Card logo. Pre-paid cards are not accepted. At time of rental, debit card will be processed for balance of est. total charges plus $200 refundable security deposit.
Debit card renters of luxury car or full-sized SUV: Debit card users may not rent these vehicle classes. These classes require a credit card transaction.
Debit card renters of 12-or 15- passenger vans must present one of the following three documents: A) a round trip airline ticket that brackets the rental dates, B) verifiable proof of insurance on renter's own vehicle, or C) a current paid-up utility bill (gas, water, electric, or cable) in the renter's name with address matching the driver's license.
Debit card renters of other vehicle classes must present a valid round trip airline ticket that brackets the rental dates. If not traveling by air, renter must present verifiable proof of insurance on renter's own vehicle and a current paid-up utility bill (gas, water, electric, or cable) in the renter's name with address matching the driver's license.
Cash may be used only as final payment at check-in time.
ADVANCE DEPOSIT 1 DAY RENTAL CHARGE ON ALL SPECIALITY VEHICLES REQUIRED. CANCELLATION AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR FULL REFUND REQUIRED.

| Additional driver fee 6.50/day per driver. No charge for spouse.
Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 15.00 per day underage surcharge and may only rent Economy, Compact, Intermediate, or Standard size vehicles. |

| Vehicles are not permitted to be driven in CA, WA, OR, ID, UT, NV, AZ, NM, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Mexico. |
|
| Debit Card:
· Pre-paid, reloadable or cash value debit cards cannot be accepted as a valid form of payment.
· We accept any bank issued debit card, bank card or check card with a MasterCard or Visa logo.
· Can rent any vehicle type except LCAR, PFAR and WVAR.
· The name on the card must match the name of the renter.
· At time of rental, run sale on debit card for the estimated cost of the rental plus a rental deposit of $200.00 (all vehicle types).
. Renter must complete a “Customer Information Sheet”.
. Renter must present Utility bill (Gas, Water, Electric and Cable are the only accepted items). Bill cannot be more than 45 days old and must have no past-due amount owed. Address on bill must match the address on the renter’s license.
. Renters with in state license: Renter must present verifiable proof of insurance on renter’s own vehicle (non-owners insurance accepted).
. Renters with out of state license: Renter must present verifiable proof of insurance on renter’s own vehicle (non-owners insurance accepted) or an active roundtrip airline itinerary in lieu of utility bill.
. Renters of passenger vans (FVAR/PVAR) need ONLY show one (1) of the following: Verifiable Proof of Insurance, Active Round Trip Flight Itinerary or Proper Current Utility Bill.

| Free Shuttle Service is a short ride from the terminal. The ACE Rent a Car shuttle will pick you up at the O'Hare Bus/Shuttle Center. Follow the *RED* "Bus/Shuttle Center" signs all the way from the baggage area down through the underground pedestrian walkway to elevator center 3 or 4. Take elevator to level 1 (Chicago Cubs) and proceed to Bus/Shuttle Center where the ACE shuttle will meet you at Door #1.

published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can
make their best effort to extend your reservation. Daily and Weekend rates are for a 24 hour period.
The quoted rate is valid only for the requested vehicle class for the requested dates and times. Any
adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate. Early returns will be charged
the regular daily rate, and may not result in a refund. Transactions are conducted in
United States Dollars.
Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees.
The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional
driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. For
