Renter Qualifications: Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license containing unaltered picture of renter (We will not accept a ticket or court issued license)and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Proof of verifiable insurance that transfers to rental vehicle is needed at time of rental pickup to avoid additional charges at the counter(non-owners insurance accepted).
INTERNATIONAL RENTERS
-Must have valid drivers license from their country of residence(We will not accept a ticket or court issued license).
-Must have a valid passport
-If license is not in English, it must be accompanied by an International Drivers License.
-Written proof in English of Liability Insurance covering injury to third persons or their property and collision and comprehensive insurance covering any vehicle while on rent. Written proof should include the name and address of the insurer and the policy number. If renter can't provide verifiable proof of coverage of third party insurance and collision damage they must purchase coverage at counter.
Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
It is our policy to hold reservations up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. |

Credit Card This location accepts Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club. At time of rental credit card will be processed for total rental charge plus $100.00 refundable security deposit.
No other major credit cards accepted.
Debit Cards Debit Card must be bank issued with a Visa or Master Card logo.
1.Debit cards accepted from renters 21 years of age or older.
2.Can rent any vehicle type EXCEPT Full-sized SUV or Premium SUV. (These require major credit card).
3.Debit card renters of 12-or 15-passenger vans and other vehicle classes must present one of the following three documents:
A. A round trip airline ticket that brackets the rental car dates.
B. Verifiable proof of insurance on renter's own vehicle.
and
C. A current paid-up utility bill (gas,water,electric, or cable) in the renter's name with address matching the driver's license.
At time of rental the estimated amount of the rental plus $200.00 refundable security deposit will be processed upon pickup. Minnesota residents see (local policy restrictions)
These funds will not be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days to become available, depending on your bank processing.
ADVANCE DEPOSIT OF 1 DAY RENTAL CHARGE ON ALL SPECIALITY VEHICLES REQUIRED. CANCEL AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR FULL REFUND REQUIRED.
Pre-Paid Cards Not Accepted.
Cash May be used only as a form of final payment at check-in time.
Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only.
Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Young Drivers Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 15.00/day underage surcharge

Vehicles may travel to all states and Canadian provinces that are located EAST of the Rocky Mountains.
Vehicles are NOT permitted in: CA, WA, OR, ID, UT, NV, AZ, NM, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan.
No travel to Mexico.
Vehicles are never permitted to be used for towing. |

Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees.
The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional
driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. For
