Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick-up. Proof of AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE that will transfer to/and cover the rental car. Without proof of auto insurance, driver must purchase insurance at counter.
International drivers must have a valid drivers license from country of residence and passport.
Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
It is our policy to hold reservations up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. Deposits are subject to forfeiture if you fail to contact the rental office within the two hour window. |

This location accepts AmEx, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, Discover, MasterCard & Visa.
No other cards accepted. If arriving by air no deposit required when using a credit card.
Debit Card
Debit cards accepted with additional deposit of $150.00. Deposit on Luxury cars is $300.00.
Pre-Paid Cards We do not accept Pre-Paid cards.
Discounted Multiple day rates are valid only for the dates specified in rental reservation.
Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Young Driver Fee
Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a 25.00/day underage surcharge.
Additional Driver Fee
Additional driver fee 10.00/day.
Spouses are considered additional drivers subject to the charge.

Vehicles restricted to the state of Florida. Vehicles are never allowed into Mexico or Canada.
If restrictions are not met client may be charged from the first mile driven from the rental station.
Local renters Florida residents will not receive unlimited mileage, you will receive 150 day unless purchasing additional miles.
Proof of AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE that will transfer to and cover the rental car must be provided. Without proof of auto insurance, driver must purchase insurance at counter.

Local Renter: Customers living in Florida or with Florida driver's license will receive 150 miles per day, 1050 miles per week with .49 for each additional mile unless purchasing additional mileage and are required to pay $150 deposit at pickup. Deposit on Luxury car is $300.
Exception would apply on special rate quote.
All Cars and SUV'S: Customers can purchase 2000 total miles for an additional $15.00 per day inside the state of Florida. (no out of state travel)
For 15 passenger vans and 12 passenger vans: Customers can purchase a total of 2000 miles for $25.00 per day, limited to the states of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, and Arkansas. |

On arrival from baggage claim using courtesy phone call for shuttle. Proceed from baggage claim area thru Red Doors 1 or 2 or Blue Doors 1 or 2 to ground transportation on circular drive. |

| Please return your vehicle to A-1 Express Airport Parking located at 5317 Avion Park Drive 1/4 mile from our office. Please leave the key with the attendant and take the A-1 shuttle to the airport. They are open 24 hours a day. There is a $11.75 fee for after hours drop off. You will not pay A-1 Express. We add it to your contract upon closing the contract when we pick up the rental car. You will be given the address and phone number for A-1 when you pick up the vehicle. |

United States Dollars.
Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees.
The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional
driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. For
