Renters must be 21 years or older to rent. Rates listed online are for 25 years and older. A valid drivers license and valid payment card must be presented at time of pick-up.
It is our policy to hold reservations up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. |

This location accepts Amex, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Credit Card Renters: At time of rental, credit card will be processed for the estimated total charges plus $150 refundable security deposit.
Debit Card Renters (all vehicle classes): Debit card must be bank-issued with a Visa or Master Card logo. At time of rental, debit card will be processed for the estimated total charges plus $250 refundable security deposit. Air arriving customers using a debit card must provide a round trip airline ticket that brackets the rental dates.
Pre-paid cards are not accepted.
Cash may be used only as final form payment at check-in time.

Young Driver Fee:Minimum Age for any rental is 21. Any renter between the ages of 21-24 will be subject to a $15.00 per day underage fee.
Additional Drivers
4 drivers allowed as additional drivers. 3 drivers free which would include renter with no additional charge. 2 drivers will be charged at $ 10.00 per day per additional driver. All additional drivers will need to qualify by presenting valid drivers license and phone number. Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21. All drivers are required to have state minimum liability protection. (Underage fee applies to any driver under the age of 25 no exceptions) |

Unlimited Mileage: Applies to rentals of 3 days or more and within the states of California, Arizona, and Nevada. On 3 day rentals or above customer will receive unlimited mileage when geographic restrictions are met. All rental vehicles are allowed to travel within the Continental United States.
Mileage Restrictions Rentals 2 days or less will receive 250 free miles per day. Any additional mileage charged at .29 cents per mile. Capped mileage applied when traveling outside the states of California, Arizona, and Nevada. Travel to Mexico allowed with purchase of Mexican insurance at the counter for an estimated total of $79 per day. In case of accident while driving in Mexico, all claims must be filed prior to re-entry into the United States.
Vehicles with Mileage Restrictions:Passenger Vans will have 250 miles free per day, and $0.29 per mile. Cargo Vans have only 200 free miles per day and $0.49 per mile. |

| Local Renter Customers that would like to rent using a debit card must provide additional identification information. Along with your drivers license you must provide a current utility bill or pay stub or vehicle registration that is the same name and address on the driver's license. Proof of Insurance Local renters must provide verifiable proof of insurance on renter's own vehicle. If proof is not provided at the counter customer must purchase at the counter. |

| Airport Van Rental is the ACE vehicle provider in San Francisco. From the baggage claim area call for shuttle pickup. Proceed up to fourth level and take the Blue Line Train going to the car rental center. Once off the train proceed down to ground level and follow the signs to off airport rental shuttle pick-up.(also known as Kiss and Fly)Shuttle will take customer to counter 10 minutes away. |

| Leave the rental van in front of the chain which is in front of the AVR office. Lock the doors.
Drop the keys in our mail slot which is labeled "Drop Keys Here" on the side of the office building.
Your contract will be closed the following morning.
For Airport Return Customers, leave the van at the SFO's long-term lot, located at: 806 South Airport Boulevard down the street from our office. Make sure to leave the keys under the driver floor matt or cup holder and lock vehicle. After Hour Drop-Off fee of $20 to cover parking fees will be added to the contract.

make their best effort to extend your reservation. Daily and Weekend rates are for a 24 hour period.
The quoted rate is valid only for the requested vehicle class for the requested dates and times. Any
adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate. Early returns will be charged
the regular daily rate, and may not result in a refund. Transactions are conducted in
United States Dollars.
Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees.
The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional
driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. For
