Hours

Renter qualifications
Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. The state of Texas requires all drivers to carry proof of insurance. Renters must provide proof of insurance or purchase at time of rental. It is our policy to hold reservations for up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time. If arrival is delayed beyond that time, we will make our best efforts to honor the reservation. If you experience delays, please contact the rental location so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.

Payment options
Major Credit Cards Accepted Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card will be processed for estimated total charge plus $250.00 deposit at time of rental. No other cards accepted. Debit Cards Accepted from airline arriving customers with return itinerary. Debit card will be processed for estimated total rental charge plus $350.00 deposit at time of rental. Prepaid Cards Not accepted. Cash Not accepted. Deposit $250.00 required on major credit card. $350.00 required on debit cards. . Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only. Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Young drivers and additional drivers
Additional Driver Fee $10.00 per day. Spouse is free. Young Driver Fee $15.00 per day. Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a per day underage surcharge. No renters under the 21 years of age.

Geographic restrictions
Vehicles not permitted to be driven outside of the state of Texas.

Local renter requirements
Local Renters Receive 200 free miles per day and .19 per extra mile. Must have a major credit card only. Vehicles restricted to the state of Texas.

Proceed to Ace Rent A Car counter located in terminal.

After hours drop-off
Please follow the airport signs for car rental returns to the third level of the parking garage. Ready-return spaces are provided and clearly marked ACE Rent A Car. Please park the car and lock it securely. There is a notice in our outside office giving customers directions to our counter which is only 100 yards from the parking garage in the terminal. A drop box is clearly marked at the counter and is secure.
