ACE Rent A Car has been committed to serving the IU community for more than two decades. We offer special discount rates for IU students at 15% off our standard rates. Your student ID card will be required when you pick up the vehicle. All renters must be at least 21 years of age.
We also offer a reduced underage driver fee of only $5.00 per day for all drivers 21 to 24 years of age with a valid IU ID. This is a saving of $5.00 per day. Also with your ID, a reduced drop fee of only $25.00 to any of our 4 Indianapolis offices.

Qualifications
Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
It is our policy to hold reservations up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. |

Major Credit Cards Accepted Amex, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
No other cards accepted.
Credit card must be processed for estimated total charge plus $100.00 deposit on Economy - Premium cars and $150.00 on specialty vehicles.
Debit Card Renters Must be 21 years of age; Card must be bank-issued with a Visa or Mastercard Logo; Customer must complete a "Walk Up/Debit Card User Info Sheet"; Indiana residents using a debit card must also present a utility bill (gas, elec, cable) no more than 60 days old with no past-due amount owed with the same address as the renter drivers license or a college student ID from a local college. Payment for estimated amount of rental plus $200.00 deposit. .
Prepaid Cards
Prior to rental beginning:
1)Renter must go to the Branch a minimum of 1 business day prior to complete the Customer information Sheet.
2)Renter must present current utility bill (gas, water, electric, or cable) with no unpaid/past balance at time of application process.
3)Renter must present valid driver's licence matching the name and address on the on the application and utility bill.
Renter Restrictions/At time of rental
1)Renter must be at least 21 years of age
2)Renter can onlyh rent ECAR, CCAR, ICAR, SCAR, FCAR, MVAR, FVAR and PVAR.
3)Renter must pay the est. amount of rental plus a $200.00 deposit at time of rental.
4)Renter extentions will be limited to one (1) with a maximum of (3) days per contract. Additional charges may apply when using a prepaid debit card.
Cash accepted on return only as payment for charges.
Advance Deposit on specialty vehicles A $100.00 deposit is required on Cargo Vans, SUVs, Mini-Vans, 12 Passenger and 15 Passenger Vans. Cancel 48 hours in advance for full refund.
ADVANCE DEPOSIT 1 DAY RENTAL CHARGE ON ALL SPECIALITY VEHICLES REQUIRED. CANCELLATION AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR FULL REFUND REQUIRED. |

Additional Driver Fee $5.00 per day per driver. No charge for Spouse.
Young Driver Fee $10.00 per day. Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a per day underage surcharge.
Indiana University Students $5.00 per day underage fee. Renters with an Indiana University student ID card pay a reduced fee per day.
No Renters under 21 years of age. |

Vehicles not permitted to be driven in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Mexico.
The full size SUV and passenger vans can be used for towing. There is a $10.00 per day charge. Subject to availability. No other vehicles can be used for towing. |

The quoted rate is valid only for the requested vehicle class for the requested dates and times. Any
adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate. Early returns will be charged
the regular daily rate, and may not result in a refund. Transactions are conducted in
United States Dollars.
Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees.
The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional
driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. For
