Qualifications
Rates are for renters 25 years or older. A valid drivers license and a major credit card in the renter’s own name must be presented at time of pick up.
Insurance
The state of Texas requires all drivers to carry proof of insurance. Renters who do not purchase CDW must provide proof of insurance or purchase at the counter. Any adjustments or changes to the reservation may result in a change of rate.
It is our policy to hold reservations up to two hours beyond the scheduled arrival time, subject to published office hours. If you experience delays, please contact the rental office so that they can make their best effort to extend your reservation. |

Major Credit Cards
Amex, Discover, Diner's Club, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card will be processed for estimated total charge plus $100.00 deposit at time of rental.
No other cards accepted.
Bank Issued Debit Cards Debit card will be processed for estimated total rental charge plus $200.00 deposit at time of rental. May rent any vehicle except Sprinter Vans and Premium SUV. Customer must complete "Customer Information Sheet". Renter must present verifiable proof of insurance on renter's own vehicle. (Non-ownwers insurance accepted) and/or an active roundtrip airline itinerary.
Prepaid Cards Not accepted.
Cash Cash is not accepted as payment upon return of rental vehicle.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT 1 DAY RENTAL CHARGE ON ALL SPECIALITY VEHICLES REQUIRED. CANCELLATION AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR FULL REFUND REQUIRED.
Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only.
Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate.

Additional Driver Fee
$10.00 per day. Spouse is free. Any additional driver between the ages of 21 and 24 is subject to an underage charge. Any person listed as an additional driver must have a valid drivers license. We will not accept a ticket or court issued license.If additional driver is not present at the time of rental, we will accept a faxed copy of the individuals drivers license.
Young Driver Fee $15.00 per day. Renters age 21-24 will be subject to a per day underage surcharge.
No renters under the 21 years of age. |

Most vehicles not permitted to be driven outside of the state of Texas.
Only 15 Passenger vans are permitted to travel outside of the state of Texas, out of state fees will apply.
Unlimited Mileage offered for travel within the state of Texas.
$20 fee per day to states bordering Texas.
$30 fee per day for all other states not listed under Geographic Restrictions
Geographic Restrictions
Vehicles are not permitted to be driven in CA, WA, OR, ID, UT, NV, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Mexico.

| Local Renters (Defined as a renter's drivers license address located within 100 miles of Austin airport as identified by Mapquest)Receive 200 free miles per day and .25 per extra mile. Texas residents using a debit card must present a utility bill (Gas, Electric, Water, and Cable. Bill can not be more than 45 days old and must have no past due amount owed. Address on bill must match the address on the renter's license. Renter must also present verifiable proof of insurance on renter's own vehicle. (Non-owners insurance accepted) Vehicles restricted to the state of Texas. |

| Please follow the airport signs for car rental returns to the third level of the parking garage. Ready-return spaces are provided and clearly marked ACE Rent A Car. Please park the car and lock it securely. There is a notice in our outside office giving customers directions to our counter which is only 100 yards from the parking garage in the terminal. A drop box is clearly marked at the counter and is secure. |

Estimated total price includes the vehicle rental (time and mileage) plus applicable taxes and fees.
The estimated total price does not include damage waivers, insurance products, special equipment, additional
driver fees, driver age surcharges, or any other items not specifically listed in the quotation. For
