He handled all our bags for us and called ahead so to inform the location of who he had in the shuttle so that our cars would be ready when we got there. Everyone was very accommodating. There were post it notes with our names on our vehicles when we got off the shuttle so we instantly knew which one was ours. The shuttle driver transported all of our bags from the shuttle to our cars while we checked in at the counter. It was all so easy."

Wonderful shuttle service, easy, efficient. Drivers both ways were wonderful! Melanie checked us in. She was helpful, informative, professional, and very knowledgeable. We especially appreciate her reassurance when we called to say that we would be an hour late due to our luggage not arriving on the same plane as we did. Melanie was especially helpful and cheerful answering our questions. Loved the Santa hat, Melanie!
